Mr. Abrahams, a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BlackSwan Partners, was most recently a Managing Director at Maverick Capital, working in the retail/consumer sector. Prior to Maverick, Mr. Abrahams worked in the Principal Investment Area at The Blackstone Group. In his capacity as an investor both at Maverick and Blackstone, Mr. Abrahams evaluated and/or executed investments in the United States, Mexico, Europe and Japan. In total, Mr. Abrahams has helped evaluate or lead approximately 45 investments in public and private equity opportunities. Mr. Abrahams is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Harvard College.

Mr. Janke, a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BlackSwan Partners, was most recently a Vice President at Starwood Capital Group, a real estate private equity firm. Prior to Starwood, Mr. Janke was Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for Tyco International. Before Tyco, Mr. Janke was an investment professional at Soros Fund Management focusing on private equity opportunities. Prior to Soros, Mr. Janke was an investment banker with Alex. Brown & Sons in the Restructuring Group. In his capacity as an investor both at Starwood Capital and Soros, as well as a senior executive at Tyco International, Mr. Janke has evaluated and/or executed investments in the United States, Europe, Japan, Australia, Mexico, and the Caribbean. In total, Mr. Janke has helped evaluate or lead approximately 20 investments in private equity opportunities. Mr. Janke is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Middlebury College. He currently serves on the board of SonomaWest Holdings, Inc.
